      Benefits are ok - contributions high

      Cons

      senior management play favorites which is bad for morale. You have to belong to the "click" or you won't be there long. Must be able to play politics!

      Pay was okay, team members were great, mileage reimbursement and okay benefits.

      Cons

      - overworked with case management, poor supervisors/passive aggressive environment, profit off clients was more of a priority than actually helping people, driving around all parts of town, being sent to extremely dangerous neighborhoods with constant shootings, sent into situations and environments with little to no training or preparation.
