I have been working at The Insource Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone here is great. I really enjoy my coworkers. Also, management is great, they are extremely helpful and provide mentoring instead of micromanaging. There is always a ton of work and tons of incentives to work longer hours. Dessert day every month, get off of work at 3:30 on Fridays, fun environment!

    Cons

Healthcare benefits could be much better. Also, higher commission percentages would be nice.

    Advice to Management

You're doing great. Thank you for all of your efforts.

I worked at The Insource Group (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I've worked with 1 recruiter and 1 acct manager, both were great, always available. Help with any questions or concerns. I don't know if I just got lucky, and got to work with these guys, or if everyone at Insource is as great as these two. They do offer health insurance if you need it, but I opted out as I get it through my spouse, so I can't really comment on that. They do offer 401k, but they don't match anything (again, they are staffing firm, so that's expected)

    Cons

it is a staff aug, so you can't really move up within the company, or get any benefits, but anyone working with staff aug knows that, so it's not technically a con, just the nature of the beast

This company really has their employees best interest in mind. Any time there was a problem, they went out of their way to mitigate it.

    Cons

No cons. I highly recommend this company.

I have been working at The Insource Group full-time

    Pros

One of only 2 contracting companies that my full time placement company will do business with, because of their reliability, good communication and ease of integration with their processes for contractors. I have multiple people at Insource I can easily get in contact with if I have any questions or issues and they are always responsive and helpful. They provide options for healthcare and 401k coverage and are very organized.

    Cons

Insource website for viewing other job postings gives error, so I can't search for other opportunities, but it's not been an issue for me so I haven't brought it to anyone's attention. Kind of funny though, you'd think they'd have that fixed.

    Cons

There aren't really any. If you don't work hard, you will stay in your same position.

I have been working at The Insource Group full-time

    Pros

Management is fair, not micromanagers. The Recruiters and Account Managers are very skilled and SR in level which is why the company is pretty successful. The environment is decent. I like that they are very involved in giving back to the community and allow you to take part during company time.

    Cons

Too many processes and people involved in a single transaction. I don't feel there needs to be 5 people involved to get a single thing accomplished. It leaves you feeling chained in the ability to make decisions without your hand being held. Most tenured employees are very resistant to change which is a whole other challenge.

    Pros

The compensation package, the company culture, the little extra perks you don't find at other companies. They are very compassionate to their employees and community.

    Cons

Nothing serious I would complain about

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

The comp package was not bad.

    Cons

Too many mangers; everyone is only looking out for themselves. Office is extremely “clicky” so if you’re in, it's great, if you're not, it's miserable.

    Advice to Management

    See cons.
