      Small, close-knit company Flexible Accommodating Open to hiring advertising rookies

      Cons

      Like most agencies, staffing comes & goes based on economy and client workload. If you work here more than 3 yrs, you'll be very much in the minority.

      There are no layers of bureaucracy here. Every employee gets to touch real client work on their first day and see their work in the market immediately.
