Pros

The Uncommon Thread is an exceptional company to work for. Pay is competitive and there is the opportunity to advance or to take on more cases if you prove to be a good worker. Management is organized and friendly.

Cons

If one is part-time there is no guarantee another position/case will be offered.

Pros

Great and caring team! Very knowledgeable about ABA and child development. Great approach to autism treatment and interventions.

Cons

Pay is a little low for the market. They have good benefits and provide employees with continuing education opportunities through Relias Academy.

Pros

I cannot provide any pros for this company.

Cons

I was very excited to get the job at TUT initially. However I began to become very disappointed after not being provided with promised cases. I was provided with a list of cases and informed the scheduler with what worked to me, I was told that they would reach back out to me with a starting date and BCBA contact info. I had reached out several times trying to get a better understanding of what was going on with the promised cases and no answer after at least two months of reaching out. Finally, I reached out to a higher up about my problem and I was informed that there were no cases available which I know is not true because I saw several indeed postings of “urgently hiring” positions in my area through TUT. I don’t understand why would an employer hire people but pick and choose who they give their cases to.
