The people are incredibly kind and fun. Many opportunities to learn from experienced artists in a pretty chill environment.
Cons
rather disorganized at times making deadlines or goals difficult to reach effectively. The office management is very disconnected from the struggles of making plans come to life.

Pros
You can take time off without too much notice. They provide temporal job opportunities without any experience. Sometimes overtime is available.
Cons
Massive disconnection between the workshop and the office. Many people will exhibit bad attitudes and HR will not intervene, Pay compensation is minimal and there is no standard raise system. They left projects to last minute and then force the employees to do overtime.
