Pros

-Great people, interesting projects -Cool office

Cons

-HR was useless which makes it hard to file complaints or feedback -Zero recognition for those who deserve it -Lots of overpromising to clients -CEO constantly made disrespectful comments and threw temper tantrums like a child. Expect to hear racist and sexist comments daily. He provided zero value and the company could easily run on it's own without him.

Pros

- Amazing team of strong and talented people to work with. Everyone is always open to helping each other out and generally have the same goal of creating amazing experiences. - Interesting and unique projects from time to time. - There are company employees that really cares about the company and is working towards trying to make the changes required to help the company succeed.

Cons

About the CEO: - Takes a very self-standing approach when it comes to decision making, valuing his own opinions over the collaborative team. - No vision for the company. Instead of creating a unique identity with the company, he focuses on making decisions based on what competitors do and not using company talent to create something distinctive. - “Open door policy” and invites employees to talk to him if they ever have any questions, but all the responses are generic, political business responses rather than the truth. - Obsession with company appearance: Does everything to make the company look good but puts very little into the company culture. The existing family-oriented culture was built by the employees. - Doesn't build relationships with all his employees, leading to employees creating own collaborative work environment. About the Company: - Zero job security: Because CEO usually just gives out political business responses, there is no knowledge on how the company is actually doing so people can be let go at any time. - There are times where promises made to clients will be over the top in order to win projects, leading to unreasonable timelines and expectations from the employees.

Cons

Poor employee evaluations, and lack of incentives for longevity. Common burnout and over asks. “Expectations for employees is to go above and beyond” Unrealistic understanding of the job roles and responsibilities. Processes are currently non-existing or in progress.
