Pros

- Hands down the most lovely people I have ever worked with - Everyone has a voice, even low level assistants, it feels very inclusive - I love when companies have opportunities for internal growth, as it would be anywhere you do need to do well at your job and show you excel and work hard but definitely promote employees at appropriate times. - Management does regular check ins, but does not micromanage whatsoever - Zoom happy hour calls to meet the team and unplug and just get to know our coworkers with working from home due to Covid

Cons

- I wouldn't even say there really is a con. Every company has room the grow and improve and as a start up I can only see Threads improve further as a whole.
