Pros

NONE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They worked me for 3 weeks, and I made plenty of sales. I kept trying to give them my information for my check, but I never NEVER got paid. They said I have to work the way they want you to ensure a pay check even though they’re 100% commissions. They are a legit business just legit trash because they’re unwilling to pay their employees. Plus they make you pay for your transportation to and from the sales THAT YOU WON’T even get paid for.

Cons

The only con is the business itself, and that they haven’t been shut down by the police.

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, it won't be possible for us to comment directly on issues relating to your payments, as we don't know who you are. However, it does take a few weeks for first payments to be made. If you still believe you are missing funds, then get in touch directly and we can take a look at your sales.

Multi-Level Marketing

Pros

Friendly people; very good at marketing themselves (to you).

Cons

This is a multi-level marketing sort of thing -- no matter what job you apply to, what you'll actually be doing is direct marketing (standing on a street corner trying to sell things, or sometimes going to every business in a certain zipcode to sell cable packages). The basic idea is that you work very very hard for them for awhile, and someday they'll help you get others to work very very hard for you. The people I shadowed for my interview were very friendly and engaging -- i.e., very good at marketing themselves to the real client, the person on the ladder below them. I would recommend against working here unless you enjoy doing 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, working commission so one day you can take a cut of someone else's commission. That may be the dream for some people, but not for me. And a word of advice -- if a company has dozens of advertisements for dozens of positions, each with a slightly differently-worded description or job title, they are probably a multi-level marketing thing. Oh, also, they'll probably keep you waiting for an obnoxiously long time past your interview window. This isn't necessarily a dealbreaker for the second-round shadowing interview (which for me lasted from 9:30am to 8:30pm, yikes), but when you're only there for a five minute screening interview it can be a bit frustrating to sit in the lobby for 20-30 minutes, especially when the CEO keeps stressing in your meeting how important punctuality is to the company.

Thanks for taking the time to give us some feedback. We do hire for multiple positions, but when a candidate applies for a marketing position, we certainly would direct them towards a marketing role. That would be a fairly standard approach to the hiring process. Our administrators, for another example, were hired through an advert seeking administrative staff. We're glad that you enjoyed the interview nonetheless, and found the people you were shadowing friendly and engaging. We're proud of our company culture, and we're always excited when someone else is impressed by it. We can only apologize that you had to wait longer than would be expected for your first round interview. We do try to keep everything running smoothly, but often we find our hiring days extremely popular, and it's tough to keep up with demand. We do try to keep people updated if things are running behind, and we hope someone was able to keep you informed throughout. Thanks for coming in, and good luck.

Pros

There are no pros at all . Waste of time .

Cons

This company is 100% commision based . If they called you in for a second round interview don’t go . It will be an 11 hr day of really training not an actual interview. The concept is they “sell” free phones . You will be outside in very urban areas like cascade rd or outside of defacs and foodstamp offices . Very unsafe i was robbed off my possessions on my 2nd day. The company is completely unproffesional 11 hrs of standing in all the elements . They force you to use your own vehicle to transport the phones to your selected location . And there’s no help with gas and sometimes the distance can be as much as an hr away from office. Completely unproffesional they refused to give me my check . I still have yet to be paid by them and have been employed for a month. When i called about my check i was cursed out and blocked by management. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM don’t buy into the fake reviews

Thanks for taking the time to post your review. Fristly, we are very proud to represent a governmentally funded project, and the campaign and ethos are geared toward an important cause. This does mean that the event locations can be perceived as undesirable to some, but this is the nature of the project. We appreciate this may not be for everybody, but the role does offer the opportunity to make a difference and build a career for yourself as you train with us and progress through our company. More importantly, we take stealing as a very serious offence, police reports should be filed immediatly after the incident, we advice everybody to take only what they need to the event location, we apologize that you had to experience such a thing while working with us, please contact us so we can discuss this further.
