HR is running the plant into the ground and corporate and upper management don’t care. They like to make policies that don’t apply to themselves and these policies are always based on punishment and termination. Morale is at a all time low due to these policies and poor working conditions. People are coming to work sick with Covid because they will get a occurrence if they do call in sick. Then you have to jump through hoops to get the proper paperwork or FMLA to keep from getting a occurrence on your record. In other words if you use your sick time benefits you will be punished or fired for using them. Literally every hourly person in this plant is seeking employment elsewhere. Supervision always takes credit for a job done well and are the first to point fingers and lay blame when something goes wrong. Safety is a joke and the rules don’t apply to upper management. The entire plant is a safety hazard! It’s like working in a third world country. If you love your wife and kids don’t apply for a job here. You won’t get to see them very often. Corporate and Management has a Plant first, family second mentality and they literally don’t care about you. It’s a management against hourly environment. Teamwork between the two has never existed. #BEWARE #RUN LIKE HELL! # DONT LOOK BACK!
