It was too far of a commute for me unfortunately

Wages are poor, even compared to nearby print shops. Facility is poorly organized, ill maintained, and filthy (ink & debris everywhere). No room for advancement (unless you know who to schmooze and how). New management had not consistently shown respect for workforce, creating a hostile environment.
