There's one a week of training when you start, then there's a test you take. If you don't pass, then you're let go. The standard that's considered passing makes no sense, very arbitrary. In talking to experienced Intake Specialists, the culture is very much here today, gone tomorrow, you have to prove yourself every week when it comes to getting callers and prospects on social media to become customers of the company. It's a sales job and you have to meet productivity requirements. There are other customer service type jobs that pay less, but better job security.
