Pros

I love working at TouchNote! All of my coworkers are great people, we get along really well and have fun offsite events all the time. It is also a place where you're challenged to do your best work and to contribute in many different ways. There are always new projects/challenges to tackle and you are given the tools to succeed by management, who is always willing to help however they can. The work-life balance is great as well, with a lot of freedom to get work done outside the office if necessary, and a great vacation policy. As long as you get your work done you are given a ton of freedom!

Pros

This is a great place to work if you value ownership, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration. The company has clear goals and performance metrics, and there’s a strong focus on growth through continuous testing and learning. You’re trusted to run with ideas and make decisions — it's a high-autonomy environment where impact matters more than job titles. Like most small teams, things can move quickly and change often. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity, working lean, and taking initiative without needing a lot of hand-holding or structure upfront. The culture really encourages proactive ownership. Teams work closely across channels, and communication is open and collaborative. Regular feedback loops — including structured reviews and check-ins — support personal development and alignment. The office setup is also a big plus: a modern co-working space in Old Street with weekly team events like Thursday pizza and drinks, which help create a fun and inclusive atmosphere. There are also regular team lunches and company socials that build strong relationships and make work genuinely enjoyable.

Cons

No real cons to mention, it’s been an enjoyable and rewarding place to work.
