Pros
Good benefits, very caring management when it comes to life/work balance. Management takes worker's complaints and needs seriously. Management cares about its employees.
Cons
Too many layers, leads to inefficiencies. Not many opportunities for advancement. Things that are needed to accomplish job are always either not on the list of products we can order or a hit and miss in their availability because of trying to reduce costs.
