      The health insurance and PTO

      Cons

      Poor communication throughout the company No accountability, lower than average pay for "outstanding" benefits (truly average benefits) No Project Management department within a construction company OT is expected when busy but will not hesitate layoffs once it slows down HR response time is less than ideal to say the least False promises consistently made by management

      Weekly payroll for all levels.

      Cons

      Poor communication. No direction, nobody knows what the goal is. No back up plan for the low season they limit to say “it is the market”.
