Pros

Small Company. Most of the people there are really great to work with.

Cons

Department head tends to be passively aggressive toward employees and can be outright insulting at times. It's a more stressful environment than most studios have in the area. Tendancy to hire new grads / juniors who may not know how the industry should treat them. They micromanage every second of your work.

Pros

Friendly work environment where artists are motivated to produce good work and excited to drive the company forward. Good environment for junior artists to grow. Wide variety of shots ranging from feature film, commercials to TV series. Fun projects with easy to difficult shots make work extremely enjoyable and challenging.

Cons

More robust pipeline and tools. Team is mainly juniors, hope to see them expand and get more seniors to work with!
