4yYES. Correct as per the contract you signed, and as a contractor, you have the opportunity to review the projects offered. You do not have to accept the projects. However .. as you wrote this anonymously and have not included any details about the actual project, I cannot shed any more light on this for you. Once again though, you can say no to any project offered to you, you do not have to accept it, this is in the contract I have personally signed with you.
