Pros
A growing organisation genuinely making a huge impact. The team has grown over the last few years. A focus on culture and team building.
Cons
A very difficult couple of years for the fundraising and communications team with constant staff changes. Much of this related to the leadership style unfortunately of the former directorship. A saw a lot of poor treatment of staff overlooked by the senior leadership team.

Pros
Amazing staff and cause. Working there was on the whole a wonderful experience. The social wellbeing side of things was always a good priority. They are taking decent steps to address the diversity issues that are rife in the charity sector.
Cons
Previous directorship made internal progression almost impossible. They have now addressed this and made big changes. Change took a long time though and several employees left before it was implemented.
