Pros

Co-workers were probably the only reason I stayed at this job for as long as I did. The majority of them were bright, energetic, hardworking and team-workers. Always willing to help each other out.

Cons

Family owned business and everybody in the family is very shady towards their employees. They pay some people under the table, pay certain employees more/less than others, the way they speak to their employees is atrocious! Not to mention they didn't pay for their Adobe license so our projects would always crash and get deleted. Instead of fixing the issue, they yelled at their employees when this would happen!

Pros

You can get some truly fantastic clients if they trust you enough to place you on projects.

Cons

They don't trust easily, and it's very difficult to get them to give you work. They do not communicate with each other when new hires are made, so no one will know who you are when you come in. Procrastination is rampant. The video production crew will frequently neglect to make plans for shoots until the very days beforehand. This includes purchasing or renting equipment as well as making travel/crew assignments.
