I have been working at True Health Diagnostics full-time

    Pros

Work independently, hours are great, pay is great for this area, all supervisors are super nice and helpful

    Cons

Training for new employees was quick and not very clear, but the actual position was pretty easy to learn and was able to figure out on my own what needed to be done.

    Pros

Salary was good and added experience to my career

    Cons

Directionless. Those in charge did not seem to know what they wanted to do and how to get it started. Wasted so much money. Was very uncomfortable working for this company

I have been working at True Health Diagnostics full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Colleagues are great.
    Busy but collegial work atmosphere
Nice to work at a company that seems to have a future, and is making a difference in patients' lives. As an employee, I get a free diagnostics test for all sorts of things. This has enabled me to see what I need to change about my diet and lifestyle. It looks like I was headed for possible diabetes down the road, now I am making changes to prevent it

    Cons

LIke I said, there is plenty of work to do, but it makes the days go faster if you are busy and feel like you are doing something important.

    Advice to Management

Continue to get to know and support your employees.

I worked at True Health Diagnostics full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You can tell that corporate wants to retain employees. Benefits are affordable and generous. Large numbers of people leaving means lots of room for growth.

    Cons

The billing office was the worst job I have ever had; I started looking for a new job on my first day. You are not made to feel welcome at all; no other employees will speak to you, including your "team lead". The job is so repetitive that I had about two hours worth of training in the 2 months I was there. It would be impossible to make your goals because nobody is able to tell you what your goals are. Want basic office supplies? Bring them from home.

    Advice to Management

You must try to build some sort of comraderie among your employees so they can look forward to coming to work.

    Pros

The people in the Richmond location are phenomenal! The camaraderie makes work enjoyable. There is a solid effort on the part of middle management to make employees feel valued and supported. Upper management is fairly hands on and accessible.

    Cons

Since the company is new to the area there is some uncertainty and a little confusion as things get settled. Upper management has a tendency toward micromanaging and "reinventing the wheel" (or failing to sufficiently explain why certain tasks are being assigned). Benefits are not yet on par with with competition.

    Advice to Management

Continue improving benefits and salaries. Avoid micromanaging. Encourage teamwork across shifts and departments. Offer bonuses and/or meaningful incentives to top performers. Focus a little more on making second and third shift employees feel equally valued and supported.
