Trustpoint.one was a terrible experience. The interview process is a joke, you spend half the day answering all these random questions then go to happy hour and drink with them just for them to discuss your personality and make fun of you after. Once you get the job they tell you it’s unlimited pto but judge you when you take time off. I couldn’t go home when I had a death in the family and missed their furneral. If you don’t work from 7am-12am you suck, they’ll tell you that continuously, and will be fired within 3 months. I had a manager tell me I had a sex voice, and all the employees are either dating or hooking up. They seek out college grads promising them they’ll make all this money when people have made maybe 1 placement in 6 months, please be ware!
