Pros

Most of the coworkers were very nice people but thats about it

Cons

This is a good example of one of those places that treats an employee like a number, it clearly shows and its bad, very bad. If they're not making their money, then its goodbye to anyone who's been there less than a month to avoid having to increase their wage after a month of training. Company is ran very unorthodox and unorganized, training is very poor, had to figure things out for myself or constantly ask a coworker. I mean come on now, this is a job where hands on teaching is needed, its a wet chemical heavy job, you cannot expect a person new to the type of work to know how to do things. Pay is very low for the amount of work, can barely afford to pay employees if their not making money, not getting paid on time (a huge red flag and very illegal) and lastly reading the other reviews on here tells me that the CEO cannot take criticism because of the responses given to other reviewers.

Pros

Job, Salary, Source of Income

Cons

The machines don't work most of the time, still expects the results. Always want you to work late without paying you overtime.Very unresonable. Never got the pay on time. She had to manage budget on salary day. Pathetic, horrible, disrespectful, very unorganized, very unprofessional place. Don't recommend anyone to go there.

Please look at the Instruments pictures posted under the "MORE" tab to verify the condition of instruments. All instrumentation is under service contracts with the manufacturer. All instrumentation is less than three years old.

Pros

Will offer you the moon and stars. If you are looking for a job that lasts 2 weeks - 6 months tops, then this is the place for you. You can also get paid under the table so they cannot be liable for unemployment or other benefits.

Cons

Will force you to work extremely long hours without compensation and threats of firing if you don't, they do not provide the benefits or incentives they promise, micro manage you at all times including a tracking device in your car and having you call in every 15 minutes, will not pay overtime or commissions, 300% employee turn over, no concern for your safety, health or family, will use you and boot you out the door before they have to pay you, will hold paychecks for the salaried employees past pay day, will lie to you about everything!

This response is about the new culture and reason for turnover of employees. Glassdoor on their website under review rules states: 1. "We don’t take sides when it comes to factual disputes" 2. "We do not accept reviews that reveal confidential, non-public internal company information. We consider this to include: source code, customer lists, manufacturing techniques, R&D activities, budgets, detailed financial results and technical know-how" Thus glass door is not able to verify any comments or validity of company names or logos. I do not know if they can verify employment. Basically anyone can write whatever they feel like and there is no check if they ever were employed at the company. Furthermore the company listed and the logo being used are not authorized logos and names. Keeping the above points in mind we can clearly see that the information provided above has NOT been verified and and does mention the technical know how of the staff and the business. Here are some facts about the company that are true and can be verified: 1. We have been in existence for 28 years. No negative complaints in so many years except in 2013/2015. 2. To be a operating laboratory in the State of Texas, we are audited every two years by the State of Texas on the quality and operations of the company which involves a look at the state of equipment and a management review. We have been audited ten times over the years. 3. We have to conduct blind samples from a third party and have to pass them 4 times a year. 4. The logo and the name of the listed company is not correct it is close to the official logo and name. Too bad glass door does not verify business names and logos before they allow comments
