      Pros

      I love working here at USIS, INC. All the employees are fun and generally seem to care about everyone else. Every day I'm greeted with smiles and I honestly feel I make a difference in peoples lives. I've also never worked for such a fantastic boss. I am consistently motivated to better and when things don't go as well as they should he just has a wonderful way of understanding and giving you confidence to try again.

      Cons

      Things can get a little repetitive but everyone here makes it better. I honestly really enjoy the tedious work and knowing what's going to happen every day. There are always little surprises that keep things interesting
