      The leaders are horrible people who bully employees

      Ueno has no noticeable pros.

      Cons

      Ueno has the most appalling leadership I have ever worked under. The leaders at this company are cruel people who intimidate and bully employees instead of providing support and guidance. Leadership does not lead because it is incapable of doing so. All management seems to know is how to belittle, harass, and tear down employees while offering absolutely nothing of value in return.

      Pros

      My coworkers are great to work with, at least. If it weren't for their support, I would've gone insane from all the stress!

      Cons

      The expectations placed on employees are unrealistically high, but the salary they're paid and the benefits they receive don't reflect that at all. I'm constantly exhausted from having to keep up with tight deadlines and an endless stream of outrageous demands, and I'm not even getting paid enough to cover my rent!
