Pros

Remote work 24/7 with summer Fridays

Cons

This place is a start up pretending to be well established. No SOPs, constantly changing, etc. Management is incredibly rude and at times retaliatory. Mistakes aren’t allowed. Your only productive hours are 8-12 pm until the Polish team signs off as hiring overseas in different countries with cheap labor is the only way they survive. Customers see this and leave. The CEO has a ridiculous amount of problems which is also transparent to the company and customers alike. Favorites are kept employed and get drunk at every possible company outing. No true HR system in place. Avoid if you want an established and professional environment.

Pros

friendly people, good culture overall.

Cons

It was hard to maintain a work-life balance. processes needs to be more efficient. The interview process was long and the hiring agency oddly had me report back to them on my progress. Later found out that the person who owns the hiring agency has a relationship with the CEO.
