Most of the downside came when the owners hired some really negative people who hated their jobs and the owners, making the work environment hostile for those of us who enjoyed it. So much negativity and talking crap, making it a really negative environment overall while they were there.

We’ll start and end at the narcissistic borderline psychopath owner who never follows her own advice or direction. She’s the type who believes $30 covers gas for outbound sales staff every two weeks and that an employee should report to work even with a mother in the hospital, and the employee working bedside. She’s the type to insist in good vibes but then yell at her husband at the top of her lungs creating an uncomfortable working environment. The type to coerce her employees into falsifying affidavits in lawsuits against threat of being fired.
