I want to share my deeply disappointing experience working as a Filipino Virtual Assistant (VA) under Jeff J. Hunter. While initially excited about the prospect of working remotely for an international client, my time with his team has been nothing short of a nightmare. Jeff J. Hunter claims to offer opportunities for growth and remote work, but the reality is far from that. The compensation provided to Filipino VAs is shockingly low, completely disregarding the expertise and hard work we bring to the table. Despite the promises of fair pay, what we received was barely enough to cover basic living expenses. Moreover, the work environment feels eerily similar to modern-day slavery. VAs are constantly overworked, often handling tasks far beyond their job descriptions due to the shortage of staff. The workload is overwhelming, leaving us with no time for personal lives or other job opportunities. We are treated as expendable resources, with no consideration for our well-being. The lack of respect and communication from Jeff J. Hunter's team is deeply disheartening. Our concerns and suggestions are brushed aside, and there is no room for growth or advancement. Despite our dedication and hard work, we are treated as replaceable cogs in the machine.
