They consider PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) as a notice period sort of thing, and on PIP they give those submission targets which are very very difficult to achieve and if in case they ask the candidate to leave on PIP as the targets are not met acc. to them then they will not allow the candidate to serve notice period or give any notice period salary as well 3. Team Leaders are not supportive, Managers Dont also have a good hold at clients 4. Micromanagement 5. Cabs are also only given to female candidates but not there for male candidates, male candidate can only be considered if his home appears to be in between the route of any of the female candidate"
