Cons
Don’t stick to what they promised interviews. Can’t believe anything that isn’t in writing. Office manager and regional manager with no advanced medical training in charge and influence clinical decisions without input from clinicians. Regional managers with no medical office experience lacking knowledge necessary to appropriately advocate for needs of the office. Leadership and operations make decisions without discussing with clinical staff leading to significant downstream complications in day to day practice. Bonus structure is easily impacted by factors outside of office control. Very high turnover rate for physicians and support staff.
