Pros

Most people here are smart, friendly, and do their best.

Cons

If you don't work on Unilever (which sits behind a wall, separated from what's left of the rest of the agency) you are basically invisible. It's the only thing that matters, and the work is what you would expect from a shopper account: embarrassingly, horrifyingly bad.

Pros

-Generous PTO and holidays off -Decent healthcare plans due to being a part of the larger WPP organization -Connections to be made in other cities due to the other offices and sister companies

Cons

-The worst office politics I've ever encountered -Below industry average compensation and you have to fight to receive any type of raise -They fire about 15-30 people every 6 months because they can't maintain their current accounts -Current leadership has no true recruiting or retention plan -HR department is truly horrible and does not advocate for the employees

Pros

The pros of this company is you get good experience, whether you are in finance, the account side, creative, or research/analytics. This is an environment that you will be challenged and will enhance your resume. You have large clients to work with and this company is part of the Ogilvy and WPP network (great name recognition).

Cons

The cons of this place is that this place is run like a sweat shop. This place is short staffed, and it's challenging to complete work in a timely fashion. There are numerous times working past 6:30, especially with some difficult bosses (usually from the G2 side from the finance end). This company has three different cultures: G2, OgilvyAction, and JWT. The G2 side has infested this company with the sweatshop mentality (no offense). The Ogilvy culture has many office politic problems. The other issue is that NYC decides to hire a bunch of folks, while the other satelitte offices get jipped in hiring less workers (from what I've heard).
