      Pros

      The location is great, the building is accommodating, and my coworkers are phenomenal! It is something I can wake up to and look forward to doing. The work itself is very interesting, especially when you can see yours or colleagues work out in the world. This place truly is great!

      Cons

      One notable challenge is the limited in-office presence of colleagues, which can impact the overall motivation to accomplish tasks. In an office designed for 30 individuals, the usual attendance hovers around five people, making it challenging to maintain a consistently motivated work atmosphere. Moreover, the policy of employees bearing the cost of their parking further discourages regular in-person attendance.

      Pros

      The atmosphere that the company has tried to develop has been one of the more inclusive and enjoyable ones I've worked at. The work, as with all client services, can be tricky but they make it work.

      Cons

      With depleting budgets and people's contacts being let go, it's tough to maintain a happy environment and keep clients happy, whilst avoiding the stress of London living/working when there aren't pay rises.
