    the people and the location of the office makes all the difference.

    Cons

    Some teams are not awesome to work with which can foster an uncollaborative workplace. There isn't great mentorship either in the office.

    Pros

    Good company culture and good communication. Good team to work with though small. No pressure to work weekends especially if you have good work ethic and can manage to stay caught up during work hours.

    Cons

    Can at times feel spread too thin depending on the account but that is likely budget/scope pressures from clients

    I have been working at VMLY&R full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Good work life balance most of the time. There are time you have to kinda bunker down and get the job done, but I like the challenge.

    Cons

    I drive a lot between Ann Arbor, Dearborn, and Kalamazoo.
