      Pros

      There are no other jobs in Las Vegas. The job market is horrible. Go ahead and join the team just to pay your mortgage. The health insurance is great. That's a plus. They also give you unlimited free soda. They do allow employees to start their own webshows. So if you're into that, this might be the place for you.

      Cons

      If you're not related to someone in the company, you won't be treated fairly. Everyone is related and the higher ups are all in this clan of sorts that's hard to be apart of. If you do join, just make sure that you don't play politics. It will be your downfall. Just watch as everyone else is.

      Pros

      VMdirect is a fun place to work especially because the product requires you have a web cam and it's fun to mess around with web cams. There is always something interesting going on. There also is never a dull moment in the place. You get to work with a great group of people from all nationalities.

      Cons

      There is a disconnect across departments when it comes to working on projects. Confusion sets in because no one knows where tasks stand. Additionally, priorites change on a weekly basis which makes it difficult to manage projects effectively as well as your own time. It feels like as soon as you finish something you will never go back to make it better. Time is all to often spent on projects that end up being put on the back burner. It seems like every week we are moving cubicles.

      Pros

      It's a fun company to work for and for the most part everyone gets along real well. Fun & Interesting things are always happening. Great People.

      Cons

      Lack of direction on projects. Lack of communication regarding upcoming projects. Not enough time given to complete projects properly. Not enough insight into the direction the company is going. It seems that there are projects given to departments but there is no follow up and then if there is follow up it's to talk about the next phase instead of working on the existing problems. There doesn't appear to be any cohesive joints between departments to communicate about related projects that cross departmernts.
