    5% match on 401(k). Hybrid/remote work options.

    Cons

    Very low annual salaries and very low bonuses. Bonuses are only 3% to 5% of annual comp. Very poor work life balance. Annual raises 2% - 3% will not keep up with inflation.

    We were able to work on holidays with holiday pay

    Cons

    HR seem to protect senior employees specially in management positions therefore it seemed pointless to make a notification or complaint.

    Cons

    Lack of standardizations -organization is working on these though Lack of work life balance, especially recently Mostly vendor implementations, may not be of interest for all PMs
