      Good health benefits plan Good vision plan Decent dental plan

      Cons

      -Management -Pto policy from the 70s -No ability to keep staff -Over worked -Low salary -Unprofessional attitude from higher ups -Claim to be all about their employees well-being but make you feel like trash if you tell them you can come in on an agreed day off because of familial obligations/lack of child care. -Expect you live and breathe the company and put you down when told you have a life outside the bank that sometimes holds priority

      I truly enjoyed the folks I worked with.

      Cons

      Only lasted 3 years until all of Valley's Facilities department (except for a select few ) was farmed out to a management firm.

      The benefits and time off are good.

      Cons

      Doesn’t appreciate their employees. Upper Management clueless as to what is involved in the employees day to day responsibilities therefore deem you expendable.

      Not a lot of customers

      Cons

      Makes you work 6 days a week as a part-timer. Management only care about making themselves look good. There’s no recognition for all the hard work the UB’s do. Needs diversity training.
