      They used to have important clients where the finished product was worth the insane hours. They have snacks and free parking.

      Cons

      Everything is an emergency all the time. It's challenging to be creative when you're working in an environment where you're always on fire. You are not treated like a person but rather like a tool. Forget about having a family or life outside of the office. You will be asked to cancel vacations and come in on days off. And if you say no, you'll live in fear of being laid off next time.
