      At the time, there were great people on the team overall.

      Cons

      No clear direction, no path to growth and expansion within the company, difficult clients, and a culture of no boundaries. Not so great benefits.

      Terrific company. Family owned, creative, and professional. Flexible hours, great people, and opportunities for growth. VDSLA has made a name for itself in Long Beach and across the country.

      None. This is a terrific company and I have no negative input. I was with the company for 11 years.
