      If you dont work, it is best company for you

      Cons

      If you work hard, responsibly n take additional responsibility you will be disappointed because you will never be fairly rewarded. Management's favourite 1 or 2 get rewarded and undeserved recognition.

      1. It does not offer the best salaries but average 2. Growth is steady not accelerated 3. Does not encourage PF contribution but fulfills only minimum - It focuses more on take home salary
