Upper Management is creepy
May 8, 2023 - Order Picker in Lebanon, PARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
They have good benefits and it's an air conditioned warehouse.
Cons
Upper management and people that travel in are a little creepy. I don't know the one guys name but he always has a yankee's hat on and is checking out all of the women there.

If you want to grow your career, you may want to pass
Mar 21, 2023 - Buyer in Centennial, CORecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Immediate supervisors and managers truly care about doing a good job and their employees. If you are new to the company, your starting salary will be higher than buyers who have been there 3+ years already.
Cons
Upper departmental management in the Procurement team is rarely available for access, feedback, or updates at the team level. Little to no focus on career growth. New hires salary is higher than seasoned / tenured buyers. If you are looking for a place you can dig into and grow along with the company know that your contributions after you start will not be appropriately compensated.

Pros
If you consider oblivious non-accountable management a pro, this is the place for you. They try to call themselves leaders, they've showed me what a leader should NOT be.
Cons
if you love silos and knowledge hoarding, if you live toxic, mental abuse, if you love being a mean girl, if you love racist comments, if you love people characterizing other people as people with active shooter tendencies just to be mean girls, this is the place for you. if you like being told what to do with your workspace and having it stepped on by others, or conversations interrupted, or hiding numbers from customers so numbers are in our favor, if you just are all around an accountability denyer, and are able to redirect responsibility to someone other than yourself, this is the place for you.

Dec 21, 2022 - Order Picker in Arlington, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
-incentive is the best out of all warehouses I worked, you can make upwards of $32 dollars if with all bonuses calculated in -4 different bonuses -3 personal holidays that you can use as vacation on top of your 2 weeks of vacation as a full timer and you get these right off the bat (personal holidays) -company buys us food often for lunch and has events/prizes around different holidays
Cons
-management is disrespectful -problems brought up are fixed with bandaid solutions rather than fixing the whole problem -doesn’t notify employees in a timely way of schedule changes -they say it’s a 4 day work schedule but sometimes we work 5 -outdated equipment -system is inefficient for selection
