A paycheck. Check the stub though.
Cons
Family owned and run that way. Dishonest. No loyalty. General bad vibe in the culture. They do not follow through on commitments. I accepted a job against my own and others' advice. I should have listened. They are very aware of this reputation. I was told they were going to "change". I've worked in this industry for 14 years and have spent much of it cleaning up jobs that VI has either not completed to satisfaction (or at all). They stay in business through Gov. contracts.
