Pros

Company offered fairly decent pay for salaried employees and a laid back dress code.

Cons

Morale has sharply declined in recent years. Voicecomm WAS a great company to work for. The original CEO and some really good employees (myself included) have left the company which in many cases changed the office culture from warm and enjoyable to cold and robotic. The health benefits are outlandishly expensive. The aesthetic of the physical office layout was uncomfortable and awkward. Before I left, some new system changes that had been implemented were a disaster. A monumental step backward with little to no training, and the people who need to address the obvious issues (at least middle management)... won't. Voicecomm was not the worst place to work, but unfortunately, it wasn't nearly the best either.

Great boss and co workers.

Cons

Individual managers and supervisors are unrealistic with their goals.
