Pros
It's a good 9-5 job if that is what you are looking for. Difficult for career growth eventhough there are lots of roles within the company. They almost never transition people out of their initial role and there tends to be a ceiling for upward mobility.
Cons
Lack of upward mobility. Accounts are assigned based on level of earning to make things 'fair' regardless of competence or lack thereof. This is a bit dysfunctional and handicaps true high performers.
