Workhorse program - will schedule so many patients that there isn't even time to eat lunch or for attendings to teach Does not care about your health or wellness Will fire you for small matters and ruin your entire career Other employees (MA's, LCSW's) can write you up if they don't like you and they get a bonus for this, while you get disciplined and fired Administration is racist and will protect other racists
