Pros

- Fully remote with optional in-office days at the Vancouver WeWork. - Strong core values (not just talk!). - Excellent work-life balance. - Amazing people - no micromanagement, everyone is treated equally, supportive, and always open for a chat or brainstorm. - Transparent communication and leadership. - Fun work and a genuine openness to new ideas - your thoughts are heard, valued, and often shape what comes next. - Great learning and growth opportunities, both in your role and beyond it. - High trust - you’re given real autonomy and the space to do your best work.

Cons

I joined earlier this year, and honestly don’t have any downsides to share yet. It’s a really exciting time to be part of Wallop’s growth.

Pros

Remote Half day Friday summers Mostly great and knowledgeable colleagues 3-4 weeks vacation

Cons

Dishonest and inexperienced executive team that plays favourites Unrealistic KPIs pulled from thin air Health spending plan is only enough for one person, not a couple or family. Ask for feedback but only want it if it's positive

Pros

strong focus on work life balance, viewing employees as more than just numbers, everyone is committed to being better and doing better. The management and executive team are always very receptive to concerns of the team and do not easily dismiss any concerns you may be having.

Cons

As a growing company there are operational shortfalls where there are a lot of questions about how to do things, what's the process in certain scenarios etc. There's quite a bit of work that needs to be done to have the day to day operations running smoothly.
