Pros

- Fully remote with optional in-office days at the Vancouver WeWork. - Strong core values (not just talk!). - Excellent work-life balance. - Amazing people - no micromanagement, everyone is treated equally, supportive, and always open for a chat or brainstorm. - Transparent communication and leadership. - Fun work and a genuine openness to new ideas - your thoughts are heard, valued, and often shape what comes next. - Great learning and growth opportunities, both in your role and beyond it. - High trust - you’re given real autonomy and the space to do your best work.

Cons

I joined earlier this year, and honestly don’t have any downsides to share yet. It’s a really exciting time to be part of Wallop’s growth.

Pros

At it's heart, this is a people-centric creative agency that treats it's employees like real human beings, as opposed to ad agency stereotypes. Recommended for people that want to work in the creative space (websites, digital marketing, film, etc) but are tired of the politics and drama associated with the typical 'top 5' creative agency. Management is friendly and supportive, and the company has a non-transactional approach to relationship management (both internal and with clients). There is no toxicity here - people are friendly, helpful, and take ownerships of their individual job duties. Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Canada.

Cons

Any typical issues you would expect in a quickly growing company (structural, resourcing, etc - in essence: growing pains) but nothing that takes away from the Pro's highlighted earlier. The company is widely respected in it's niche (hospitality) and has a bright future ahead!
