Pros

Unlimited PTO Fun clients to work on

Cons

Leadership is atrocious and only "favorites" are promoted It is very obvious which team members they do and don't care about Pay is way below the industry average No opportunity for advancement unless someone quits Leadership does not listen to concerns and continues to keep team members who talk down to people

Pros

- Somehow this company managed to obtain some really great digital analysts. Unfortunately most of them are gone now. - benefits weren’t bad.

Cons

- never received training I was promised - unrealistic expectations - abysmal leadership (claims to be a family) - heavy workload for understaffed team - un-competitive salary - they’ll accept any type of business and add it to your client-load w/o regard to your workload - toxic environment
