Pros

The first few years were great but they do not handle stress well and it impacts the treatment of their employees.

Cons

The preach a culture of psychological safety but unfortunately they do not practice what they preach. The reliate in such a way that it is difficult to report. Esp on the family preservation dept. It is extremely mismanaged.
