Pros
Most people get a private office. The head of HR and of office services is nice enough. The pay is solid.
Cons
Zero opportunity for a hybrid work schedule. Zero opportunity for growth; they want to keep you where you are. You get 10 days off a year; this includes sick days, vacations, and when you want to work from home. Some of the upper management is straight up verbally abusive. No direction given from management; hard to find work to do. Earbuds not allowed while working Door must remain open
