      Pros

      You have flexible hours. There is ins't really any pros, I am trying to make up one.

      Cons

      Horrible place to work. No organization, not a professional place. No such thing as management. pay is poor. All the employees are either related to each other or dating each other. no room for Growth. Just an overall mess!

      Sallary could be higher for the work you put in. On rare ocation deadlines can be difficult.
