Lincoln Electric purchased them and has slowly changed the operations of the company. There's much more red tape to jump over now and important things that need attention move very slowly. Its more top down management instead of the people at Wolf being able to make decisions. Its starting to feel more like you are a cog in the machine rather than being able to make a difference in the company.
There isn't a lot of room for growth. You can move into different departments but its difficult to move upward since there are so few manager or lead positions.
Pay is just average and benefits are so-so
