      Pros

      Good experience. Fun projects. This company will set you up for many opportunities at other companies. Fun people.

      Cons

      Huge loss of experience due to high turnover in the past several years. Lack of competitive pay. Lack of opportunity. This company has filed lawsuits against former employees. Misleading internship scope lead to poor reputation at surrounding colleges.

      Pros

      You can learn a lot with this company as you will be immersed into a project that you will be responsible for. The people work very well together and help to see others succeed. There are some very interesting and complicated projects that you will get to work on. Work/life balance is pretty good.

      Cons

      Lincoln Electric purchased them and has slowly changed the operations of the company. There's much more red tape to jump over now and important things that need attention move very slowly. Its more top down management instead of the people at Wolf being able to make decisions. Its starting to feel more like you are a cog in the machine rather than being able to make a difference in the company. There isn't a lot of room for growth. You can move into different departments but its difficult to move upward since there are so few manager or lead positions. Pay is just average and benefits are so-so
