Cons

Horrible experience. The founding director (also president/member of the Board of directors) micro-manages everything. She doesn't trust employees, regularly putting them down, and insulting them at times. She corrects every sentence you write - even though she's not a native English/French speaker. She’s very creative, but disorganized, and she changes her mind all the time… implementing something significant is mission impossible (considering the limited budget available, too) and she will blame YOU for that. Her behavior with the (rare) employees is awful. No one will support you in the office as she mostly works on her own with a few interns. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL unless you're there for a short internship and desperate for working experience...
