Pros

Pay is Ok. Is as good as it can get in the River Valley Area of Arkansas. Weekly pay 401k Co-workers

Cons

Incompetent management. They don't care for their staffers Take forever to reimburse you for gas and other expenses, IF they ever do. Everyone with any authority, is related to each other. The most true definition of nepotism. They overwork and underpay their staff. You are salaried and have to work as long as they want. They make you work Saturdays. They let their customers disrespect on-site staffers. They don't take accept notices. They will fire you on the spot. Christmas bonuses are a joke. They lie, lie and lie.

Pros

Competitive pay, benefits, and day shift. Great if you are just starting your career and don't mind never knowing your hours day by day.

Cons

Very drama oriented, staff yells, direct management is very number focused, and can be stressful during slow seasons. NOT a good place to work if you have family.
