Collaborative environment. Nice balance of high performance and not micro managed. A decent amount of support and training. Work with leading brands in the tech space. The industries they work in are super exciting and cutting edge. Varied incentives, always something different which is good.

Cons

More clarity on career progression and how to achieve this. Better communication needed when something happens or changes in the business.
